Here is a simple guide to help you use PET inkjet film more efficiently and stably.
1. Basic Preparation
- Environment: Yellow light or dark, no direct sunlight; clean, no dust, stable temperature and humidity.
- Film Check: No creases, oil or dust; coating side up, avoid touching the surface.
- Printer Settings: 1200–2400 dpi, black & white, mirror print; select inkjet film.
 
2. Printing Steps
-  Load the film with coating side up, keep flat and straight.
-  Print 1-2 times for getting better opacity; dry for 3–5 minutes after printing.
-  Check if there is pinholes, light leakage and clear lines.
 
3. Exposure & Development
-  Align film tightly with the plate, guarantee no bubbles.
-  Expose with UV-A light for the correct time.
-  Develop, wash, fix and dry completely.

- Use special PET inkjet film.
- Avoid light, high temperature and humidity; expose quickly after printing.
- Handle gently to prevent static and scratches.
- Calibrate printers and nozzles regularly.
 
Storage Requirements
