Flour milling mesh (also known as flour sieve mesh, flour screen, or flour filter) has always been an important auxiliary material in flour mills. Although it is a small proportion of the overall investment in the flour mill factory, but it is crucial. and the milling process relies on its grading and sieving to achieve a balanced flour path. Choosing a good mesh is the key technical indicators for flour mills. PAIOU provides high-quality pure PA6 flour sieve mesh.
The flour milling mesh can be roughly divided into the following types:
1. Silk sieve mesh: Made from multiple strands of natural silk twisted into threads and then woven. Its characteristics include good elasticity, resistance to loosening, minimal deformation of the mesh size, good moisture absorption and release properties, and low static electricity generation. However, it is not wear-resistant and is prone to pilling.
2. Nylon filter mesh: Woven from polyamide monofilament fibers. Wear-resistant, long service life, high strength, and good overall performance.
3. Polyester filter mesh: Woven from polyester monofilaments. It has high strength and is not easily deformed, but its abrasion resistance and antistatic properties are not better than nylon mesh.
Recent years, due to the widespread use of nylon filter mesh, the assimilation and adoption of domestically produced screen mesh, and especially the widespread application of tensioning machines, the tension of nylon screen mesh during installation has been ensured, leading to its wider adoption.
Currently, due to the long lifespan and good performance of nylon mesh, it is become very popular in the market. The series including: "GG, XXX, XX".
1. Grading Screen "GG" is a plain weave, coarse material screen, used for peeling and sieving, with high elasticity, mainly used for coarse sieving and peeling screens, and can replace stainless steel mesh;
2. Flour milling mesh are divided into "XXX, XX"
① "XXX" is a plain weave reinforced type, mainly used for sieving hard wheat flour, with a long life tine and good wear resistance;
② "XX" is a semi-twisted weave, dimensionally stable, with a slightly larger effective sieving area, a high degree of surface roughness, and good automatic grading effect, mainly used in the production of flour from both soft and hard wheat, with a larger sieving area and higher compatibility, making it more widely used in flour production. It is a fine material screen, mainly used for flour sieving.
